Epaulet x Mackintosh Dowanhill Raincoat

First off, damn.  The cut on this looks fucking amazing, and we all know Mackintosh fabric is amazing (and pricey). Details, quality materials, and again, that fit... I'm hoping someone gifts me one in graphite for my day of birth in Feb!  Check out at Epaulet.

New Alden's at J.Crew

Still not quite for sure how I feel about J.Crew having such a huge inventory of custom Alden's.  Sure it's great for both businesses, but I think at a certain point a mall-based retailer (no matter how cool) dilutes the brand... but then again, not my company and I'll still support them, but I'd much rather support Tom, Gabe, Todd, Etc... at their smaller, independent, more uniquely identified shops.

Knowledge - Shine your Cordovan

good stuff, minus the guy asking questions... "cordovan is really hard to bring out a shine?"


 I'm confused, cordovan has a much better shine (without any polish, just brushing) than calf but whatever...
